Description

This repository contains data for the paper "Regional Scale Simulations of Daily Suspended Sediment Concentration at Gauged and Ungauged rivers using Deep Learning" by Abhinav Gupta and Dongmei Feng.

The data contained are: 

(1) Raw data to develop the models

(2) Python script to develop the LSTM models using pytorch

(3) Observed and LSTM simulated suspended sediment concentrations for the tetsing period 

(4) Developed LSTM models for gauged and ungauged scenarios

Each river is identified using a unique COMID. The USGS-station correspoding to a COMID is provided in the text file names 'gauge_info.txt'.
