EEG recordings in rats anethetized with isoflurane and after awakening from anesthesia
Description
EEG recordings in 7 male adult Long-Evans rats anesthetized by inhalation of 2.5% isoflurane.
EEG channels recorded: F4, C4, P4, P6, T4, T6, F3, C3, P3, P5, T3, T5
Sampling frequency: 1000 Hz.
IIR Filters (Zero phase shift Butterworth filters)
Low cutoff: 0.1 Hz, time constant 1.591549, order 8
High cutoff: 60 Hz, order 8
Notch filter: 50 Hz
