Balancing Bats and Agriculture: Investigating the Effects of Agricultural Management Practices on Bat Species Diversity in Mountain Ecosystems - Supporting Data

This dataset was collected from 46 sites and includes acoustic bat data (number of bat passes) along with variables related to agricultural management and landscape features, which were used in the statistical analyses presented in the associated journal article. We removed the site number 45 as it was identified as an outlier through the Grubbs test using the R package ‘outliers’. For explanation on the calculaton of the data and variables, please refer to the associated journal article - Paniccia et al. 2025.
