Quantitative and large-scale investigation of human TCR-HLA Cross-Reactivity

This dataset consists of two files: class1_df.csv and class2_df.csv. Collectively, they document 9 million TCR-HLA pairs exhibiting significant co-occurrence patterns identified across a mixed cohort of 1,603 samples. The class1_df.csv file contains TCRs associated with HLA class I alleles, while class2_df.csv records TCRs associated with HLA class II alleles.
