Description

Metagenome-Assembled Genomes (MAGs) from western Lake Erie samples, dereplicated at 99% ANI within each individual sample. These MAGs were generated using the Great Lakes Atlas of Multi-Omics Research (GLAMR) pipeline, analyzing metagenomic samples collected from 2014 to 2023 (accessed May 14, 2024).
