This dataset contains the R script (.Rmd file) and data (.xlsx file) that were used to produce the figures for the manuscript Dekker et al. ´Open science, communcation, and collaboration for the future of palaeoproteomics´.
The figures were produced in R v4.4.2. with R Studio v.2024.12.0+467.
