This repository contains data used for the paper `A multi-task domain-adapted model to predict chemotherapy response from mutations in recurrently altered cancer genes`. 

It contains both processed versions of CCLE and TCGA data used, as well as deidentified raw data for the patient cohorts used in the paper.
