Description
This annex contains the full versions of the instruments used in the study titled “Dataset: Quality of Life and Oral Health Perception among Hospital Staff in Trujillo, Peru (2024).”
It includes the Spanish versions of the OHIP-14 (Oral Health Impact Profile) and the HU-DBI (Hiroshima University - Dental Behavioral Inventory) questionnaires, as well as the validation matrix based on expert judgment.
These tools were used to assess oral health-related quality of life (OHRQoL) and self-care behaviors.
The validation matrix documents the content validity process and reliability estimates.
This file is made publicly available to promote transparency and reproducibility of the instruments employed in the main dataset:
