NetCIS Tutorial Files

Description

This repository holds sequencing data (fastq files) and input files to run a tutorial version of NetCIS as well as associated result files (results-analysis.zip). Sequecning data previously generated and stored publically at the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SRA) under BioProject Accession PRJNA641272.
