Description
The present database describes the serum metabolome of dairy cows with low or high levels of BHB. The metabolome has been analyzed by 1H-NMR at 600 MHz. The signals have been assigned by Chenomx software and quantified by relying on an internal standard. Potential differences in water content across samples have been considered by probabilistic quotient normalization.
