Code to run analyses
Use the R file ("R code to run all analysis.R") to run and reproduce all analyses and plots. This requires "Odo.mean.trait.data_Inter_MA_2024_01_26", "Odo.mean.trait.data_2024_01_26.csv", and "Odo.tree.Waller.Svensson.2017.rda" (time-calibrated Odonata phylogeny from Waller & Svensson 2017 Evolution 71) in the working directory to load in as input files.

Supplementary raw data files
The remaining Excel files contain raw data and specimen details from the micro-CT scanning procedure to obtain volume and surface-area estimates ("CT scanning 2023_07_11.xlsx"), metabolic data extracted from May 1976 Ecological Monographs 46 ("May SMR and body mass data.xlsx"), and cell and nucleus size measurements ("Cell and nucleus size measurements 2022_09_01.xlsx")
