  15. Access Date: The date on which the resource was accessed.
  16. Pages: The range of pages in the publication.
  17. Num Pages: The total number of pages in the publication.
  18. Issue: The specific issue number within a journal volume.
  19. Volume: The volume number of a journal or series.
  20. Number of Volumes: The total number of volumes in a series or multi-volume work.
  21. Journal Abbreviation: The abbreviated form of the journal's title.

  25. Series Text: Additional details about the series, if needed.
  26. Series Title: The official title of the series.

  32. Archive: Indicates whether the resource is archived, and where applicable.
  33. Archive Location: The location where the resource is archived.
  34. Library Catalog: The name or identifier of the catalog in which the resource is listed.
  35. Call Number: The classification number assigned to the resource in the catalog.
  36. Extra: Any additional, specific information about the resource.
  37. Notes: A space for any supplementary notes or observations about the resource.
  38. File Attachments: Any files attached to the resource record.
  39. Link Attachments: External links related to the resource.
  40. Manual Tags: Tags assigned manually to the resource for classification.
  41. Automatic Tags: Tags automatically generated by the system based on metadata.
