Description
The site called Cian is a Russian online platform to search house rent. The landlords write a description that might include information about the house or what kind of tenant they want to have.
This dataset contains the percentage of different keywords of tenant used by the landlords the description. The percentages are given per Russian cities with population more than 500 000. The definition keywords are related to tenants' nationality, sex, marriage status, having kids or animals
