GVA AST Data and Code

Code and raw data to generate all the analysis plots for methods paper demonstrating GVA applied to AST.

The code to generate the plots is GVA_MIC_generate_plots.py which works in Python 3.11

This code loads in the raw data found in data/ folder and produces the plots found in the Plots/ folder.
