Cell proliferation data were generated by Miriam Berreiter and Andrew J. Brooks, and analyzed and compiled by Philipp Kanis, Miriam Berreiter, Andrew J. Brooks, and Hugo Zeberg.
Biophysical data were generated, analyzed and compiled by Daniel Sieme, Johan G. Olsen and
