Description

This dataset of variables (i.e., air temperature, sea surface temperature, and ocean pH) is derived from CMIP6 and follow the historical + SSP5-8.5 experiment scenario, covering the global area between 1850 and 2300

Data Set

1) Air temperature (Ta, °C)

  • Model : CMIP6 MRI-ESM2-0 (Japan)
  • Horizontal resolution : 1.125° × 1.125°
  • Temporal resolution : daily

2) Sea Surface Temperature (SST, °C)

  • Model : CMIP6  MIROC-ES2L (Japan)
  • Horizontal resolution : 1° × 1°
  • Temporal resolution : monthly

3) Ocean pH

  • Model : CMIP6
  • Horizontal resolution : 1° × 1°
  • Temporal resolution : monthly

Data

1) Air temperature : Cumulative frequency of global daily maximum air temperature with temperature thresholds between 1850 and 2300

2) Sea Surface Temperature : Cumulative frequency of global sea surface temperature with temperature thresholds between 1850 and 2300

3) Ocean pH : Counts the occurrence of global pH with pH thresholds between 1850 and 2300
