Intermediate input datasets for generatic semantic Singapore's planning regulation dataset

The  input_data_metadata.txt file describes individual file acquisition and generation in more detail.  This data is used to generate allowable Gross Floor Areas for plots in the Singapore semantic dataset. Similarly, it is used to generate a semantic dataset for a subset of Singapore's planning regulations.
