The OC-7Chem dataset comprises a comprehensive collection of approximately 67,300 chemical molecules and their interactions with seven ovarian cancer cell lines widely used in ovarian cancer research. These cell lines include IGROV1, OVCAR-5, OVCAR-4, OVCAR-3, SK-OV-3, NCI/ADR-RES, and OVCAR-8.
