The Effect of Maternal Fibre Intake on Gut Microbiota in Offspring

Description

We hypothesized that maternal fibre intake could influence the gut microbiota of offspring and that sex differences might exist in their microbiota composition. To test these hypotheses, we performed 16S rRNA sequencing of the gut microbiota from 6-week-old offspring without any external challenges.
