Description
Data sets to support the monitoring and phenological and climatological characterization of cropland areas in the Mixteca region within the framework of the Mixteca Landscape Learning project.
- 564 images of 23-yrs MODIS MOD13Q1v061 clipped over the Mixteca region in one NetCDF4 file.
- 288 images of photosynthesis activity in the vegetation canopy processed with TIMESAT v3.3 in one NetCDF4 file.
- 43-yrs gridded estimates of daily weather parameters from Daymet Version 4 R1 for the Mixteca region. The variables include the following parameters: minimum temperature, maximum temperature, precipitation, shortwave radiation, vapor pressure and day length.
- Maps of phenology metrics (SOS, POS and EOS) for the growing season of the MIxteca region
