Sleep program
Authors/Creators
Description
This study investigates the impact of a workplace sleep program on employee well-being using a pre-post intervention design. Conducted at a large public university, the program aimed to address sleep-related issues among early-career researchers. A total of 49 participants participated in a series of psychoeducational sessions that focused on sleep hygiene, relaxation techniques, and the relationship between stress and sleep. Participants wore actigraph devices to objectively measure their sleep patterns both before and after the intervention, with follow-up assessments conducted four months later.
