Description
This data package includes the following molecular datasets pertaining to the Alytes obstetricans midwife toad complex used in the corresponding publication:
- Population ancestry coefficients of 181 populations (425 individuals) obtained with Bayesian clustering of ddRAD-seq data (Alytes_obstetricans_complex_ddRADseq_ancestry.csv)
- Population ancestry coefficients of 142 populations (965 individuals) obtained with Bayesian clustering of microsatellite data (Alytes_obstetricans_complex_msat_ancestry.csv)
- Sequence alignment of 16S haplotypes (Alytes_obstetricans_complex_16S_haplotypes.fas)
- Sequence alignment of ND4 haplotypes (Alytes_obstetricans_complex_ND4_haplotypes.fas)
- Sequence alignment of ddRAD-seq loci obtained from 170 "pure" samples (
Alytes_obstetricans_complex_ddRADseq_sequences.fas) - SNP genotypes of ddRAD-seq loci for 170 "pure" samples (Alytes_obstetricans_complex_ddRADseq_SNPs.str)
- SNP genotypes of ddRAD-seq loci for each of the six subspecies (Alytes_almogavarii_almogavarii_ddRAD-seq_SNPs.str, Alytes_almogavarii_inigoi_ddRAD-seq_SNPs.str, Alytes_obstetricans_boscai_ddRAD-seq_SNPs.str, Alytes_obstetricans_lusitanicus_ddRAD-seq_SNPs.str, Alytes_obstetricans_obstetricans_ddRAD-seq_SNPs.str, Alytes_obstetricans_pertinax_ddRAD-seq_SNPs.str)
