Jerut/h2S: Harmonica

This is the first version of a simple application to 1) show how different factors affect gain from selection per cycle and per unit time and 2) illustrate the outcome of population improvement for different scenarios. This application assumes that the breeding process is a simple phenotypic mass selection program with non-overlapping generations, and where selection is by truncation.
