Motional Induced Magnetic Field in the Southern Ocean

The directory SO_JPO_Data contains input files and two Octave/Matlab files to run  models of motional induced magnetic field in the Southern Ocean:

Input files (use one of them: 2017 or 2018):

 Sx_Sy_Sigma_2017_part2_1deg_smoo   -  water transport components and conductivity for April 2017 on 0.1 degree grid smoothed with 1 by 1 degree window

Sx_Sy_Sigma_2018_part2_1deg_smoo   -  water transport components and conductivity for April 2018 on 0.1 degree grid smoothed  with1 by 1 degree window
