NET_CUP

This upload accompanies the following GitHub repository: NET_CUP.

Feature vectors extracted from whole slide images (WSIs) in our dataset are provided here. For each WSI, feature vectors were generated from 100 randomly selected patches using different three pretrained CNN backbones.

Additionally, CSVs containing metadata are uploaded:

• net_enumbers.csv: Links each slide to its corresponding patient.
• net_patients.csv: Contains details about the organ of origin for each patient's liver metastasis.
