OmniSegger/Omnipose - Brightfield training dataset
Description
The brightfield images and ground truth masks used to train the Omnipose brightfield model.
Bacterial brightfield and fluorescence image sets of Escherichia coli and Burkholderia thailandensis. Additional E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus brightfield images were sourced from a selection of the DeepBacs datasets which is available under the CC-BY 4.0 license.
Fluorescence images for 'ecoli', 'superscopegfp', and 'superscopepal' available upon request.
Annotated by the Wiggins Lab at UW.
