The paper associated with this repository is a patient-specific modelling study of the outcomes associated with dose-escalated proton beam therapy compared to the current standard of care in stereotactic ablative radiation therapy.
The repository contains the following:
- Dose-volume-histograms for each region of interest, treatment modality, target size and robust scenario.
- A Python file containing functions used to compute the NTCP and TCP
Note: the naming convention for the DVH data is as follows:
"{Patient ID}_{RadiationType}_{Modality}_{Tumour size [cm]}_{x shift [cm]}_{y shift [cm]}_{z shift [cm]}"
