Preprocessed data for single-cell analysis of cell competition in mouse development

Contains different processed files for the 3 datasets in different folders. Files with "cls" was used for classification and contains labels for winner and loser status as well as whether used for training and testing.

The independent files used for analysis are stored in the folders containing "ind" in the folder name. "ind_labelled" contains predicted labels for the independent datasets.
