Description

These are fastq files obtained from 10x multiome experiments on sorted Germinal Center B cells from a Myc-GFP mouse reporter. GCB cells expressing Myc-GFP have been enriched before nuclei preparation for Multiome experiment. Files noted GCB_1_A_S1 are ATACseq files.
