ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ СОЦІАЛЬНО-ПЕДАГОГІЧНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ З НЕПОВНОЛІТНІМИ ПРАВОПОРУШНИКАМИ НА ХАРКІВЩИНІ НА ПОЧАТКУ ХХ СТОЛІТТЯ

The article analyzes the specifics of the organization of socio-pedagogical activity with juvenile offenders in the Kharkiv region at the beginning of the XX^th century. It has been established that the successful organization of this activity was facilitated by the adoption of a number of governing documents; participation of the government agencies in the work of the International Penitentiary Commission and international penitentiary congresses; determination of types of special institutions for juvenile offenders; scholars’ substantiation of the content, principles, forms and methods of the socio-pedagogical influence on the personality of a juvenile offender; the charitable activity of private individuals, zemstvos and societies; the establishment of the Courts for minors, coverage of the indicated issues on the pages of pedagogical journals of the period under study.
