CDCN model

Accurate computational prediction of anticancer drug responses in cell lines can significantly contribute to fulfilling the precision medicine in oncology. Based on a cell line-drug complex network we constructed a simple computational model with intuitive interpretability, named CDCN model. CDCN model is an alternative tool in predicting anticancer drug responses comprehensively, especially in ‘new cell line-new drug’ response prediction. It may potentially save the cost of cell line-drug screening and contribute to optimizing exploration of new drugs.
