bollito: a flexible pipeline for comprehensive single-cell RNA-seq analyses - Melanoma tutorial

Description

Downsampled version of the melanoma dataset originally published by Ho et al (1). The dataset is composed by cells from the 451Lu cell line. There are two samples available:
