Multixcan Paper Data

This data set contains all files  analyzed in the MulTiXcan paper.

MulTiXcan is a method to integrate xQTL and GWAS data. It jointly leverages (gene) expression information from multiple panels (i.e. different tissues) to identify underlying mechanisms involced in complex traits.
