bin3C : Exploiting Hi-C sequencing data to accurately resolve metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs)

A real human gut microbiome was deconvoluted using bin3C. Subsequently, bin3C produced a report detailing per-cluster statistics for the entire solution. The largest 296 clusters were then analyzed with CheckM and joined to the report.
