Nitrate Isotope and Nutrient Data from October 2020 on the Northwest Atlantic Shelf (Scotian Shelf and Cabot Strait)

The dataset includes hydrographic data (temperature, salinity), nutrient concentrations (phosphate, silicate, nitrate, nitrite, ammonium) and dual isotope ratios of nitrate (δ¹⁵N and δ¹⁸O) collected aboard the Canadian Coast Guard Ship (CCGS) Hudson during the Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) Atlantic Zone Monitoring Program (AZMP) fall mission (HUD2020063) in October 2020 along 3 transects: Cabot Strait Line, Louisbourg Line and Halifax Line.
