Description
The images in this dataset were acquired and analyzed in the following paper, and were created by processing the images publicly available here (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/empiar/EMPIAR-11449/). The features.csv contains features extracted from the analyzed mitochondrial masks. These features are different from those used in the paper. If you use this dataset, please also cite the paper:
