Fluorescent Images Dataset
Description
The dataset used in this study was entirely self-generated and is proprietary; thus, it is not publicly accessible. Additional data supporting the findings of this study can be obtained from the corresponding author upon reasonable request. A representative subset of the data for segmentation has been made available.
This subset includes original, augmented, and filtered images used for training the UNet_ConvLSTM segmentation model, along with their corresponding labels. These data can also be utilized to test ViT classification to some extent.
