Description

These datasets are fastq files from chromatin immunoprecipitation using anti-H3.3S31ph and anti-H3K36me3 in resting and stimulated naive B cells (1 hour stimulation with 10 µg/ml anti-CD40 (Thermo Fisher Scientific 16-0402-86), 10 µg/ml anti-IgM (Jackson ImmunoResearch 115-005-020) and 5 ng/ml IL-21 (R&D Systems 594-ML-010). Resting is denoted by 0 or U. Treated is denoted by 60 or T.
