singlecells.csv contains single-cell data quantified from the PBMC screen. To match metal tags to cell phenotype markers, use antigen-metal-map-simon.xlsx

The tiff files contain the raw data for each of the IMC acquisitions. For each ROI there are 3 files:

1. [id]_ac_full.tiff the tiff stack containing all expression data
2. [id]_ac_IA.tiff the tiff stack containing combined channels used for Mesmer segmentation
3. [id]_ac_IA_mask.tiff the cell segmentation mask computed by Mesmer

The single cell measurements for all IMC ROIs may be found in measurements.csv.
