- The data provided here is used for testing the RNA-Seq from the Galaxy IWC.
- The original data is from a study published by Brooks et al. 2011 to identify genes and exons that are regulated by Pasilla gene.
- The FASTQ files contains reads that are coming from chr4 only.
- GTF file contains genes from only chr4
