Description
The "structures" folder for DiffDock-Ab, too large for github. DiffDock-Ab is a (as of 9/22) partially retrained version of DiffDock-PP to predict antibody-antigen binding, which I couldn't finish in grad school. Free for anyone to access / finish training if they want!
