Eucalyptus cladocalyx wood formation

Description
The dataset comprises transverse sections of Eucalyptus cladocalyx stem tissue, highlighting various cell types such as vessels, fibers, and cambium after exposure to cyclic drought treatments. Stem samples were embedded in paraffin wax, sectioned at a thickness of 6 µm, and stained using Safranin-Alcian blue. Microscopic images were captured using a Nikon Eclipse Ni-E upright motorized microscope equipped with NIS-Elements D software, with a 20X objective lens providing a resolution of 0.24 µm/pixel in 24-bit RGB color.
