Description

Primers used to distinguish CC-NBS-LRR variants identified for Coffea liberica SH3 loci from those occurring in other genotypes, and preliminary results obtained with different primer combinations in four Coffea species and cultivars. Electrophoresis in 0.6.  agarose gel for 2 hours.
