Effects of surface fluxes on the moist potential vorticity distribution in the tropical cyclone boundary layer

Namelist / run scripts for all axisymmetric simulations of tropical cyclones are provided as follows :

3. cm1_test300_ver2 ( CONTROL simulation restart at t = 180 hrs with dt = 1 min)
4. cm1_test31_ver2 (referred to as H2.0 in the manuscript)
5. cm1_test32_ver2 (referred to as H0.5 in the manuscript)
6. cm1_test33_ver2 (referred to as M2.0 in the manuscript)
7. cm1_test34_ver2 (referred to as M0.5 in the manuscript)
8. cm1_test35_ver2 (referred to as H2.0M0.5 in the manuscript)
9. cm1_test36_ver2 (referred to as H0.5M2.0 in the manuscript)
10. cm1_test37_ver2 (referred to as H2.0M2.0 in the manuscript)
11. cm1_test38_ver2 (referred to as H0.5M0.5 in the manuscript)

The processed files for each of the experiment (e.g. cm1_test38_vmax_rmw_new) contains the hourly values of maximum 10 m winds and maximum tangential winds, minimum sea-level pressure and radius of maximum winds.

Jupyter notebooks are also provided to read and analyze processed outputs from the datasets described above and plot the figures included in the manuscript. The model outputs are large and can be made available by the authors upon request.
