scRNAseq data of NK cells from multiple myeloma patients and healthy donors

This repository contains nonprolif_NKs_multiple_res_clusters.RDS: the processed data containing 8 clusters of NK cells from 10 multiple myeloma patients (n=10) and 10 healthy donors (n=10) (age and sex matched) within the Seurat object format. The data is used to generate single cell transcriptomics results on our article. For the convenience of the exploration and longer term support of the tools, data is stored as RDS object.

NKcell_dysfunction_MM_Blood24.tgz is tar ball containing all source code related to the manuscript along with intermediate analysis files, mirroring the github repository: https://github.com/ImmuneAxisa/NKcell_dysfunction_MM_Blood24
