This data and analysis is part of Fink et al, 2024, in Nature Cell Biology.

It contains two folders, the main revSC_tgfb folder contains the inputs and outputs scripts along with intermediate files necessary for code execution, and the Seur_Objs folder which contains all of the Seurat objects used in this study as .RData files. 

The folder is provided as a .zip file which we recommend a utility such as WinRAR to extract.
