This data is used for a ChIP-seq galaxy tutorial and is part of a published data by [Chen-Yu Wang et al., 2018](https://www.cell.com/cell/fulltext/S0092-8674(18)30584-1). The goal of [Chen-Yu et al., 2018] article was to investigate the mechanism by which SMCHD1 gene shapes the Xi and represses gene expression.
