ВЛИЯНИЕ ПСИХОСОЦИАЛЬНЫХ ФАКТОРОВ НА ПСИХИЧЕСКОЕ ЗДОРОВЬЕ: ПО РЕЗУЛЬТАТАМ АНКЕТИРОВАНИЯ ЛИЦ, ПОСТРАДАВШИХ В ЗОНЕ АНТИТЕРРОРИСТИЧЕСКОЙ ОПЕРАЦИИ В УКРАИНЕ, ВНУТРЕННЕ ПЕРЕМЕЩЕННЫХ ЛИЦ И РАБОТНИКОВ, ЗАДЕЙСТВОВАННЫХ В ОКАЗАНИИ ПОМОЩИ

В статье изложены результаты анализа анкетирования 197 специалистов (113 психологов, 68 социальных работников и 29 волонтеров), которые задействованы в оказании помощи внутренне перемещенным лицам, пострадавшим в зоне АТО, которые непосредственно пребывали в зоне боевых действий. Также приводятся результаты анализа анкетирования 279 внутренне перемещенных лиц.

По результатам исследования определены характерные особенности указанных специалистов, их текущее психологическое состояние и уровень стрессоустойчивости, сформулированы актуальные темы и потребности подготовки данного контингента. Отображены результаты анализа внутренне перемещенных лиц относительно условий, в которых они находятся на новом месте проживания.

Определена необходимость создания программы оказания первой психологической помощи внутренне перемещенным лицам и людям в зоне боевых действий.

INFLUENCE OF PSYCHOSOCIAL FACTORS ON MENTAL HEALTH: THE RESULTS OF QUESTIONING PERSONS, SUFFERED IN ZONE OF ANTITERRORIST OPERATION IN UKRAINE, INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSONS AND EMPLOYEES INVOLVED IN PROVIDING ASSISTANCE

This article presents results of the survey, conducted among 197 professionals (113 psychologists, 68 social workers and 29 volunteers) which are involved in providing assistance to internally displaced persons, affected in zone ATO, who directly were in a combat zone. Also, the results of the analysis of the survey 279 internally displaced persons are displayed in this article.

According to the survey the characteristics of such specialists, their current psychological state and level of stress are specified, topical issues and training needs of this population are formulated. The results of the analysis of internally displaced persons regarding the conditions in which they are located at the new place of residence are showed.

The necessity to create programs of providing psychological first aid to internally displaced persons and people in the combat zone are identified.
