Description

Based on the analysis of the main probability patterns of erosion wear of materials and full-scale structures, the probabilistic theory of erosion of steam turbines is developed, the calculated methods for predicting the erosion state of the parts of the flow part of wet-steam turbines during operation are developed, and effective passive methods for improving the parametric erosion reliability of steam turbine equipment are proposed.

Volume 1 presents the results of probabilistic and statistical analysis of the data of field surveys of the erosion state of operating wet-steam turbines of different power and purpose, as well as a system analysis of the impact on the quantitative indicators of erosion of the elements of the flow part of these turbines of a wide range of structural, material science and regime factors. The analysis of methodological errors of erosion prediction is carried out and the principles of their neutralization are formulated.

Chapter 1. Experimental studies of erosion wear of steam turbines in the probabilistic aspect. Erosion wear of structural elements of steam turbine flow parts and its main probabilistic and statistical regularities. Statistical heterogeneity of erosive factors of steam turbine flow parts.

Chapter 2. Probabilistic analysis of the phenomenon of erosion wear of steam turbine flow parts. Influence of statistical heterogeneity of the intensity of impact loading of the surface of structural elements on the kinetics of the erosion state of turbines. Influence of statistical heterogeneity of surface properties and material of the surface layer on the erosion resistance of structural elements of turbine stages. Influence of statistical heterogeneity of turbine operation modes on the erosion state of the flow part. Ranking erosionassociated factors on the degree of influence on the random variation of the erosion parameters of the constructive elements of the flow part of the turbine.

Chapter 3. Analysis of errors in predicting quantitative indicators of erosion wear. Analysis of the impact of inaccuracy of the job of erosion-fatigue properties of the material. Analysis of the degree of influence of errors in determining the parameters of the impact loading of the eroding surface. Analysis of the degree of influence of inaccuracy of setting the mode of operation of the steam turbine. Methodological approaches to improving the accuracy of the calculation of quantitative indicators of erosion.
