mtSSU alignment Lecanora markjohnstonii

Description

In order to place the new species Lecanora markjohnstonii within the Lecanoraceae, the mtSSU region was retrieved from our assembled mitogenome and manually added to a six-locus alignment published by Zhao et al. (2015) to infer the phylogeny of Lecanoraceae. The closely-related lichen Lecanora orientoafricana was also added as a possible sister taxon. Only the mtSSU alignment is included in this submission, refer to Zhao et al. (2015) for complete six-locus dataset.
